Responsibilities
- Operate light/heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks) for infrastructure projects
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Maintain roads, sidewalks, and storm drainage systems
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on construction projects
- Document daily work activities and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical labor
- Basic equipment operation experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Background check and drug screening required
