Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling for infrastructure projects
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision after training
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Support storm drain cleaning and vegetation control along public rights-of-way
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic tool maintenance
- Document work progress and material usage as directed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days
