Responsibilities
- Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure
- Operate light machinery and hand tools under supervision
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Ensure work sites comply with safety regulations
- Support traffic control and site setup
- Participate in emergency response operations
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Valid Nevada driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
