Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs

- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and potential hazards to supervisors

Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
