Responsibilities
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage systems, and park infrastructure projects
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal for public spaces
- Support storm response efforts during weather emergencies
- Follow all safety protocols for municipal work sites
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license (Class D or higher)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for material calculations
