Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and landscaping tasks
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery under supervision
- Assist in repairing sidewalks, curbs, and storm drainage systems
- Participate in seasonal park maintenance and beautification projects
- Ensure work sites are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
- Support emergency response efforts during severe weather events
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Indiana Driver's License (Class B preferred, not required initially)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
