Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and landscaping
- Operate light machinery (training provided) for maintenance and construction
- Assist in road repairs, drainage systems, and park maintenance
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean work sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with team members on daily project goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
- Valid Nevada driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
