Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for construction/cleanup projects
- Assist in stormwater management and flood control initiatives
- Support waste collection and recycling programs
- Participate in park beautification and green space maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
