Responsibilities
- Assist in construction and maintenance of city roads, sidewalks, and parks
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, dump trucks) after training
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and debris removalMaintain job site safety standards and protocols
- Support stormwater management and drainage projects
- Collaborate with skilled trades on public infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and equipment usage
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license (Class R)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
