Responsibilities
- Assist with general maintenance of city streets, parks, and public infrastructure.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate light construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized after daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
