Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and landscaping
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain public facilities, parks, and infrastructure projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Santa Ana
