Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including excavation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Assist with street maintenance, including pothole repairs, sign installation, and line painting.
- Support park maintenance, landscaping, and public restroom cleaning.
- Operate light equipment such as brooms, shovels, rakes, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and free of hazards for the public and team members.
- Load and unload materials and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and public inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred but not required.
