Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and trenching.
- Operate basic hand tools and heavy equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of public infrastructure and streets.
- Perform street sweeping and park maintenance as needed.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific trade training required.
- Valid California Driver's License is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
