Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery and hand tools under supervision
- Assist in infrastructure repair projects (roads, sidewalks, drainage systems)
- Maintain clean and safe work sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in paid training programs for equipment operation and safety certifications
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C preferred)
- Basic math and communication skills
