Responsibilities
- Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Perform excavation, grading, and landscaping duties
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites

- Collaborate with crew members on daily projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
