Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in infrastructure maintenance, including road repair, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, dump trucks) under supervision
- Assist in construction projects like sidewalk installation and traffic signal maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and document work progress
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in emergency response operations during severe weather
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (Class R)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
