Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure maintenance and repairs under supervision
- Operate light machinery and construction equipment after training
- Assist in road, sidewalk, and park maintenance projects
- Support environmental initiatives including tree planting and erosion control
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in emergency response operations as needed
- Complete training modules to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic math and communication skills
