Responsibilities
- Assist in construction and maintenance of public infrastructure (roads, bridges, drainage systems)
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervisionMaintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Follow instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in paid training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- No prior experience required – training provided
