Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., dump trucks, jackhammers) after certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work sites
- Assist in emergency response for storm and flood damage
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams on public improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
