Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and sidewalk repairs
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, dump trucks)
- Assist in storm drain and sewer maintenance
- Install and repair traffic control signage

- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in emergency response operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
