Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment, including dump trucks, rollers, and excavators.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, grading, and hauling materials.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of public roads, sidewalks, and curbs.
- Set up and monitor traffic control zones and safety barriers.
- Participate in snow removal and ice control operations during inclement weather.
- Ensure all work sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Pennsylvania Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
