Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to safety protocols
