Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Assist in infrastructure maintenance (roads, drainage systems, parks)
- Operate light machinery (dump trucks, loaders, sweepers) safely
- Conduct site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
- Complete remote paperwork and digital reporting duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment and drug screen
- Experience with construction tools and heavy equipment preferred
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
