Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling at various city sites
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, compactors)
- Assist in road maintenance, park construction, and utility infrastructure projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Complete daily inspections and documentation of work progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Basic hand/power tool operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
