Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for public infrastructure projects including road maintenance, drainage systems, and park facilities
- Operate light equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in traffic control setup and work zone safety compliance
- Conduct routine inspections and report infrastructure issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites and public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and city protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and safety practices
- Experience with hand/power tools and light equipment operation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete required safety certifications
