Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance of public infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, and parks
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Document field activities using mobile apps and digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with remote team members via virtual meetings and shared platforms
- Conduct safety inspections and submit digital reports from field sites
- Participate in emergency response operations as needed
- Maintain accurate digital records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (smartphones, tablets, reporting software)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year construction/public works experience preferred
