Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, landscaping, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Complete daily work logs and digital reports remotely
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members on-site
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting (training provided)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Pass background check and physical fitness assessment
- Experience with landscaping or construction equipment a plus
