Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and landscaping
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, graders) safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project planning
- Submit digital progress reports via remote work portal
- Maintain equipment and job site safety standards
- Support emergency storm response initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Proficient in digital reporting tools
