Responsibilities
- Perform field maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, dump trucks) safely and efficiently
- Assist in stormwater management and erosion control projects Conduct inspections and report infrastructure issues remotely via mobile apps
- Maintain accurate digital records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on urban development initiatives
- Adhere to OSHA and city safety protocols during all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools (mobile apps, cloud platforms)
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
