Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (mowers, sweepers, etc.)
- Assist in construction and repair projects with on-site coordination
- Conduct inspections and report infrastructure issues remotely via mobile apps
- Maintain accurate digital records of field activities and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication tools
- Support emergency response efforts during inclement weather
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with basic hand/power tools and equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong digital literacy for remote reporting systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
