Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, park upkeep, and utility installations
- Operate heavy machinery safely (e.g., excavators, dump trucks) under supervision
- Conduct site inspections and document project progress remotely via digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination and scheduling

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- 1+ years construction/public works experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools (remote component)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
