Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road repairs, park maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power washers) safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inspections of public infrastructure and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure improvement projects
- Maintain accurate work logs and complete remote administrative documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency response operations during weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, landscaping, or public works
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for remote documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must pass background check and drug screening
