Responsibilities
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance including street repairs, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, dump trucks) and hand tools safely
- Conduct field inspections and document findings via remote reporting systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project planning and implementation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
