Responsibilities
- Perform field maintenance on roads, parks, and public facilities with flexible remote scheduling
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for landscaping, drainage, and construction tasks
- Conduct safety inspections and coordinate with remote supervisors via digital platforms
- Complete digital work orders and documentation during remote administrative periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using cloud-based project management tools
- Respond to emergency weather events with hybrid on-site deployment protocols
- Participate in virtual training sessions for equipment operation and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years construction/maintenance experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in digital documentation tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration via video conferencing
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
