Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and utility maintenance
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, power tools, dump trucks)
- Assist in traffic control and safety protocol implementation
- Conduct routine inspections and report infrastructure issues
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Clean background check and drug screen required
