Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment such as backhoes, rollers, and excavators.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, paving, and grading.
- Assist in the installation and repair of water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
- Ensure all work sites adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies from trucks and equipment.
- Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe environment for the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required; Class A or CDL preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
