Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools and light equipment
- Assist with street repairs, drainage systems, and landscape maintenance
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized work sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Document work activities and maintain equipment records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
