Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and utility maintenance
- Operate heavy machinery safely (backhoes, graders, dump trucks)
- Assist in road repairs, drainage projects, and facility maintenance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness
- Document work progress and submit daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Class A or B CDL license
- 2+ years of construction or public works experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Must reside within 50 miles of Fort Worth
