Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure projects including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws, and hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in roadway maintenance, pothole repairs, and traffic control setup
- Support stormwater drainage system maintenance and erosion control measures
- Conduct site cleanup, debris removal, and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, landscaping, or related field
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency situations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
