Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate and maintain hand tools and light equipment (shovels, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist in infrastructure projects: roads, sidewalks, parks, and public facilities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Respond to emergency weather conditions (snow removal, storm cleanup)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project completion
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with manual labor or construction preferred
