Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) for construction tasks
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Maintain and repair sidewalks, streets, and drainage systems
- Assist in snow removal and emergency response operations
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow laborers on daily tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license (Class R preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and procedures
