Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and proper PPE usage
- Participate in emergency response during weather-related incidents
- Maintain accurate work logs and equipment inspection reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred (training provided)
