Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, compactors) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park infrastructure projects
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations

Qualifications
