Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling for infrastructure projects
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Maintain construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist with road maintenance, drainage systems, and public facility upkeep
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals efficiently
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C minimum)
