Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power saws) safely
- Assist in road repair, drainage projects, and snow removal
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members on infrastructure improvement projects
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Complete daily work logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
