Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, landscaping, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, power washers, and hand tools
- Assist in construction and repair of sidewalks, curbs, and drainage systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
