Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and road maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, tampers) under supervision
- Assist in repairing sidewalks, curbs, and drainage systems
- Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Support emergency storm response and debris removal operations
- Collaborate with crew members to maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Missouri Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool operation experience preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
- No felony convictions
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
