Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving.
- Operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of public utilities (water, sewer, roads).
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
