Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including street repairs, landscaping, and facility maintenance
- Operate light equipment like mowers, sweepers, and hand tools safely
- Assist in construction projects, waste management, and emergency response
- Conduct routine inspections of public spaces and report issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance tools and techniques
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Certification in CPR/First Aid a plus
