Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate light machinery (hand tools, jackhammers, etc.) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage systems, and park renovations
- Follow strict safety protocols for hazardous environments
- Load/unload construction materials and debris
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
